Declaration under Right to Information (RTI)

Statutory declaration on RTI Act:-

Section 4 (1) b of RTI act 2005 covers the statutory declaration of Vivekanand science college, Vivekanand Nagar. It covers all the rules and regulations which are implemented by government of Maharashtra. 

Vivekanand Science College is a college of coeducation, which registered under the society act by government of Maharashtra and affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. The right to information act 2005 has been enacted by the parliament and has come into force from 15 June 2005. This act provides for right to information for citizen to secure access information under the control of public authorities in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority.
