Brief Information about department
The department of zoology was started with inauguration of college in 2008.The department has well experience and educated staff to provided facility education to student of zoology department. the department is well equipped with all the apparatus for the practical fulfillment as per the syllabus The department was started for zoology as one of the subject for B. Sc degree . The department always tried to developed student skill and curricular performances by conducting seminar, guest lecture workshop develop the interest of student in the subject of zoology. The department well decorated by the various posters of various topics drowned by the student themself for the awareness of information of the subject. The laboratory was constructs as per the rule of norms with all the facilities for the students.

The department of zoology is committed to excellence in teaching by providing facilities and supportive conditions for students and staff. The department of zoology is committed to community service in the field of animal biology and environment by awaring the students. Make the new generations still stronger and more competent for accepting the challenges of future for better living. Adequate training and motivating the present generation for honesty discipline, accuracy, sensitivity with wisdom for the development of positive attitude for peaceful life which is today’s need.

Per year we arranged short one day study tour or long (2 to 3 days) study tour for the B.SC. students as per the syllabus prescribe by SGBAU .
